Town Board Meetings
Board Meetings are open to the public and scheduled for the second Monday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Community Room at Town Hall (522 2nd Ave).
Proposed 2024 Schedule: February 12th, and March 11th, April 8th, May 13th, June 10th, July 8th, August 12th, September 9th, October 14th, November 11th, December 9th.
To Be Added to the Agenda: contact Hugo Town Clerk prior to the Wednesday before the scheduled meeting.
Board Meeting agendas are posted on the front door of Town Hall at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.

Board Workshops:
Usually scheduled for the 1st Monday of the Month at 6:00pm in the Town Board Room at Town Hall (522 2nd Ave). Board Workshops allow board members the opportunity to discuss town issues and proposals in detail prior to the monthly official Town Board Meeting. A workshop is for discussion only and no formal decisions or motions will be made in a workshop. Workshop agendas are posted on the front door of Town Hall at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled workshop.
